- Prepare for The Sabbath the day before

Laws Concerning your Body
-Honor your body as a Temple of God
1 Corinthians 6:19-20-What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you,
which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.
- Don’t cut your body or get tattoos (Leviticus 19:28)
-Men and women don’t shave your head bald (Leviticus 21:5)
-Men don’t shave your beard (Leviticus 19:27)

Laws Concerning Food
-Don’t eat raw and undercooked meats.
• Leviticus 19:26-Ye shall not eat anything with the blood: neither shall ye use
enchantment, nor observe times.
-Eat only clean meats such as: Deer, goat, cow sheep/lamb, chicken, turkey (Leviticus 11:2-3)
-Eat only clean fish/seafoods, those with fins and scales such as: Flounder, tilapia, snapper,
halibut, tuna, bass, perch, salmon, trout, drum (Leviticus 11:9)
-Do Not eat unclean meats such as: pig/pork, rabbit, turtle, possum, alligator, frogs, raccoons
or snails. (Leviticus 11:4-8)
-Do Not eat unclean seafoods such as: shrimp, crab, lobster, crawfish, mussels, oysters, shark, or catfish (Leviticus 11:10-11)
Laws Concerning Sex
-No sex outside of marriage/Do not fornicate (1 Corinthians 6:18, 7:2-9; Hebrews 13:4;)
• 1 Thessalonians 4:3-4-For this is The Will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should
abstain from fornication:
That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honor
-Do not commit adultery (Exodus 20:14, Ephesians 5:5, Hebrews 13:4)
• Proverbs 6:32-33-But whoso committeth adultery with a woman lacketh understanding: He
that doeth it destroyeth his own soul.
A wound and dishonor shall he get; and his reproach shall not be wiped away.
-Homosexuality is against God’s Laws
•Leviticus 18:22-Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind. It is abomination.
